Course Description:

This course is major elective courses for Cyber Security. It aims to help students understand business continuity and data backup of information system. The course comprehensively introduces the basic concepts, principles and key technologies of data disaster recovery and service disaster recovery of information system.

The main contents of the course include: business continuity and disaster recovery overview, data backup & recovery technology, such as storage backup technology, file backup technology, database backup technology, operating system backup technology, continuous data protection technology, etc.; business continuity overview, failure detection technology, service migration technology, service switching and failback, virtual storage and cloud disaster recovery, etc. The course adopts modular teaching.
