高凱博士2018年于清華大學計算機科學與技術(shù)系獲工學博士學位,主要的研究方向是軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)、可編程網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)-應用協(xié)作優(yōu)化。在國際頂尖的會議、期刊上發(fā)表論文多篇,曾擔任ACM Computing Surveys、ACM SOSR 2021、ACM SIGCOMM NAI 2020/2021等期刊、會議、研討會評審,以及ACM SIGCOMM NAI 2021研討會聯(lián)席主席。高凱博士同時活躍在IETF的ALTO工作組,領(lǐng)導了ALTO-PV標準草案的制訂(該草案目前仍在標準化過程中)。
